Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Miracly you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Description of service

Miracly is a content and visibility platform that generates pages for your business, publishes them and tracks how AI agents and search engines reference them.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

Content ownership

You keep ownership of the information you provide and of the pages generated for your website. You grant us the rights needed to operate the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use Miracly to generate content that is illegal, misleading, defamatory or infringes the rights of others.

Payment and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment provider. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Service availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime.

Disclaimer and limitation of responsibility

Miracly provides tools that generate and publish content at the Customer’s direction. The Customer is solely responsible for all content generated, reviewed, approved, or published through the Service, and for any actions taken based on that content.

The Customer is responsible for conducting its own due diligence on all content before and after publication, including verifying its accuracy, legality, and suitability, and for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, industry standards, platform policies, and search engine guidelines.

Miracly makes no guarantee regarding search engine rankings, indexing, organic traffic, visibility in AI-generated answers, or any other performance outcome. Miracly shall not be liable for any search engine penalty, deindexing, ranking loss, decrease in organic traffic, loss of revenue, or any other direct or indirect loss arising from the use of the Service or from content published through it.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Miracly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
